Ahoova is designed in accordance with ITIL V3 and ISO20000 to help automate a company?s processes for IT services, including incident management, problem management, change management, CI/Asset management, knowledgebase, SLA, system settings. The solution is available in Standard and Professional editions. It is currently available in three languages (English, Chinese, Japanese).The standard version includes incident management, CI/Asset management, knowledgebase, SLA, system settings.
Functions and features of Ahoova:
* Incident/request management (including task assigning, request assigning rule, request escalation rule, SLA, etc.,)
* Email integration. (Requests can be submitted by Emails directly, and all the relevant Emails will be recorded under the request.)
* Projects, tasks, actions management tools (Integrated with request management, change management, and so on)
* User Portal
