Products Description : PlanExc
PlanExc is an engine developed in Visual basic Dot Net for Project Management. Since MS Excel is considered as one of most common and easy to use software, PlanExc is developed for MS Excel so that all the features present in Excel will be available and can be made useful during Project Management.Excel Templates in different versions are also provided along with this Engine to provide different Options available in PlanExc for customisation. Even though the Engine and the Template are both separate files, the Engine can work only on this Template. The Templates can be opened independently and worked just like any other Excel workbook.
PlanExc can be used in project management for the following functions
? Professional looking Schedules with Activities, dates and Bar chart
? Monitor scheduled activities
? View Current and Planned bars in the Bar chart
? Activity status during actual progress of the project
? View Progress line indicating the status of the activities on As On Date
? Assign resources to activities or at any level for getting Fixed or Total type of quantity distribution.
? Define and apply different types of Resource Loading
? Define Holidays, Weekends and demanded working days
? Generate Histograms and S Curves (Data required for charts will be generated by PlanExc and the required type of curves/histogram can be plotted using Excel Charts)
? Record Actual and periodic performance
? View full or partial Progress animation of the activities on any given schematics layout as per the schedule etc.
